Course Information
For years, Sony's A7R cameras asked you to pick a side: big resolution or real speed. The A7R VI is the first one that doesn't. It pairs a 66.8-megapixel stacked sensor — the most resolution in any full-frame camera you can buy today — with 30 frames per second. The honest catch: that 30 fps runs on the electronic shutter, while the mechanical shutter stays at 10. This course shows you how to use all of it.
The material is built in clear sections, so you can go start to finish or jump straight to what you need. You'll cover the fundamentals first — exposure, focus, and capture controls — with hands-on demonstrations for the settings that trip people up. The second half is a full walk-through of Sony's menu, which is deep enough to get lost in. I explain what each setting actually does and how I'd set it, so you can shape the camera around the way you shoot.
By the end, you'll know where every important control lives and how to set it — so the camera's resolution, speed, and video are working for you instead of hiding in a menu. The files are downloadable and yours to keep, so you can come back to any section whenever you need a refresher.
