Which Gift Card Do I Need?

Match the gift card amount to the product you'd like to give. However, your gift recipient can put the amount towards any John Greengo Photography product.

FAQ - Gift Card Purchaser

Is this a physical or digital gift card?   This is a digital gift card, meaning a Gift Card Code will be emailed to you after checkout. 

How do I give the gift card to the recipient?   After your checkout process is complete, you will be sent an email with the gift card details and code. You can present your gift by either printing out the information or forwarding the email to your recipient.

Can gift cards be returned?   Unused gift cards may be returned by the purchaser within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. Gift cards that have been partially or fully redeemed cannot be returned/refunded.

What about taxes?   No tax is charged when purchasing gift cards; however, purchases paid for with gift cards may be subject to tax.

FAQ - Gift Card Recipient

Does the gift card expire?   No. Gift cards do not have an expiration date.

What can the gift card buy?   You can apply the gift card to any physical or digital product (or part thereof) that is purchased directly through the John Greengo Photography shop checkout. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase products available through our affiliates (eg: CreativeLive).

Does the entire gift card value need to be spent in one transaction?   No. Gift card amounts can be applied to multiple purchases.

Can the gift card balance be applied to a higher priced item?   Yes. The gift card balance will be deducted from the cart total. Any remaining funds due can be paid for via one of our many payment options.

Does an account need to be created to redeem the gift card?   Yes. All shop transactions need to have an account created.

Can gift cards be redeemed for cash?   No.

What about taxes?   No tax is charged when purchasing gift cards; however, purchases paid for with gift cards may be subject to tax.
